UIF Compliance
If you employ staff in South Africa, you are legally required to register for and comply with the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF). Compliance isn’t optional — and failure to meet your obligations can lead to penalties, interest, and even legal action. We ensure compliance by submitting the monthly UI-19 returns to the UIF and ensure the correct deductions are made and payment is made to the fund (via SARS) on time.
We also assist in completing the required documentation for submission to the UIF in the event a member of staff resigns, is dismissed or retrenched.
